It's been weeks since The Vampire Diaries viewers saw Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) back in action, but when the CW drama returns in a few weeks, he'll be front and center.

After last week's heartbreaking phone conversation between Jeremy -- still wearing his Gilbert ring (the same one that may cause its wearer to do unimaginable things) -- and big sis Elena (Nina Dobrev), Elena enlists Damon (Ian Somerhalder) to check on her little brother. Given what happened with Alaric (Matthew Davis), can you blame them?

"After all the efforts to keep him safe, ultimately [Elena and company] are going to realize he may not be safe anywhere. Mystic Falls, where people can look out for him, may be the best place for him to be," executive producer Julie Plec told The Hollywood Reporter in February of Jeremy's journey back to Mystic Falls.
THR has four exclusive images from Vampire Diaries' April 19 return, "Heart of Darkness," in which Damon and Elena arrive in Denver only to discover that Jeremy isn't exactly hanging out with the right group of people. In fact, it's original vampire Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) who picks up a baseball bat and strikes Damon while Jeremy and Elena watch in the background.

I just saw 318 and OMG I'm high. I loved the convertation in the end between Elena and Stefan, I almost cried when Bonnie did. :'( And a lot of bleedy Damon.:p It's really awful what they discovered about the bloodline isn't it? :( Well, if you haven't watched yet, you really should! I have given a lot of links, just go to my previous posts!

Synopsis: TYLER RETURNS TO MYSTIC FALLS — Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) set off together to make sure Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) is safe in Denver, and to see if his special abilities can help reveal the information they need about ancient vampire bloodlines. It doesn’t take them long to learn that Jeremy has been hanging with the wrong people. Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) both go to brutal extremes in their search for the missing weapon. Caroline (Candice Accola) is thrilled when Tyler (Michael Trevino) returns to town, but Tyler soon suspects that something has been going on between Caroline and Klaus. Matt (Zach Roerig) has his hands full trying to keep Rebecca (Claire Holt) busy organizing the school’s upcoming 1920s Decade Dance. Chris Grismer directed the episode written by Brian Young and Evan Bleiweiss (#319).

Official synopsis:
 FAMILY HISTORIES — A century after their first encounter, Damon and Sage (guest star Cassidy Freeman) meet again at the ceremony to kick-off the restoration of Wickery Bridge. Damon is surprised to learn the reason Sage has returned, and pleased when she devises an unusual method to help him figure out what Rebekah is up to. Abby is having a hard time adjusting to her new reality, despite Bonnie and Caroline’s efforts to help. When Damon informs Elena of Stefan’s latest struggles, she reaches out to Stefan to help her save a friend in danger, in hopes that it will help bring Stefan even closer to his humanity. Finally, when Damon discovers a new secret weapon, he lets Stefan in on the news.
    

when I look at the pictures, i think it's gonna be awesome! But when is the airdate?

We already know Damon wasn't the one who turned his brother into a vampire while he actually didn't want to, but this reminds me that, in the start of the serie, I thought Damon is the bad guy. But he isn't. Stefan is.

The original text: *Ian Somerhalder told me at the People's Choice Awards that he'd just shot a Vampire Diaries scene where Damon "wakes up naked with another woman who is a hot vampire." Might this be Katherine? Nina Dobrev (Elena/Katherine) hints, "I can't say whether or not I'm in that scene, but it is a character fans are familiar with and Elena will definitely have an opinion on it." *

Well, I don't know what to guess right now. I'm just wondering if this scene will be in 312, and with who? Because it's possible it's a flashback, but it would be strange if Elena says NOW something about what happened YEARS AGO. But anything is possible... I'm just getting excited!
